Directions From New York State Thruway
Take exit 18 off of New York State Thruway
Turn LEFT at traffic signal after toll booth on Main Street/Route 299
At the foot of the bridge, make a left onto Water Street
We are easy to find, just look for the tower!
Parking
Park in the lot around the back of the Antiques Barn. After parking walk towards the Market and look for the Harvest Cafe on the upper level. Enter the red door to the right of the Harvest Cafe with a sign reading "Professional Offices". Follow the corridor to the end and Bodymind Massage Therapy is the last door on the left. If there is a massage in session, there will be a sign on the door. Please enter quietly and be seated in our cozy waiting area.
